We are an organization that strives to be inclusive and to bring all members of the community together to create positive change. We acknowledge that we have room to grow to continue to diversify and serve our community better. As we work diligently to develop a plan for the future, we are taking action now to further educate our team of staff, have difficult conversations within our leadership team, and create an action plan to identify and fill our shortcomings. We will continue to stand and advocate for those who have faced inequality and will strive to continue to create a safe and inclusive community for all.
