We will learn about how farmers utilize regenerative agriculture practices here on the farm, like cover cropping, grazing goats, companion planting, and how we steward this land from the soil up! Each day, we’ll get our hands dirty as we tend to vibrant gardens, build cool structures for our plants, and create fun outdoor art from nature’s bounty. Between fun farm activities, you’ll enjoy games, challenges, and creative projects that will keep you moving and having fun all day long. Whether you’re discovering the magic of composting or building a catapult to scatter seeds, every day is a new adventure on the farm!

Kids are welcome to join us for multiple weeks of the same theme. Please note, curriculum and activities for weeks 4, 5 & 6 of  Sprouts & Shovels: Growing Future Farmers camps are repeated. Due to the nature of having camp on a farm, each week will hold its own unique experience.
