Combine the magic of fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella into a tasty quiche. This savory treat can be enjoyed any time of the day. Serve with fresh fruit and a garden salad for the perfect meal.

Yield 6 Slices
Ingredients
- 1 Premade Pie Shell, unbaked
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 Cups Sliced Tomatoes (whole and/or cherry)
- 2 Tbsp Crumbled Basil
- 7 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Pinch of Nutmeg

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese onto the base of your pie shell. Layer tomato slices and basil over the cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until light and fluffy. Pour egg mixture over the toppings in your quiche.
- Place onto a baking tray and into the oven. Bake for 35-4o minutes until golden brown with no liquid remaining on the top.
- Cool slightly before cutting and serving.
