Community Plant Sale

Do you have any holes in your garden left to fill?  You are in luck.  We are opening up a pop-up Plant Sale this week to sell our remaining inventory.  We have lots of great annuals, tomatoes, veggies, and herbs – all of these plants are BUY ONE GET ONE FREE! It is an excellent year to try out a new kind of heirloom tomato. We also have lots of beautiful annuals and perennials for sale. Most of us are spending more time in our gardens this summer, so why not make it the best garden ever with a few more plants from our sale. We’ll be accepting credit cards, checks, and cash (if you have exact change).

This in-person shopping experience will be formatted in much the same way as other retail experiences throughout Boulder County.  All customers will be required to wear face masks and adhere to recommended social distancing parameters for entry into the sale, while shopping, and when waiting to check out.  We will be monitoring and limiting the number of shoppers allowed through the sale to keep all customers and employees safe. Given this restricted model, we will not be able to provide onsite staff to offer plant or gardening consultation while you shop.

All of our organically grown and Bee-Safe (neonicotinoid-free) tomatoes, veggies, and herb starts are grown locally in our greenhouse. Our annual and perennial flowers are all Bee-Safe as well! All proceeds and donations benefit Growing Gardens’ sustainable urban agriculture education programs.

Plant Varieties

We will continue to offer the same plants we always do. Including, our famous tried and true organically grown heirloom tomatoes, from colorful cherry tomatoes to cooking paste, and bright, beautiful slicers. We also continue to grow the wide variety of organically grown veggie starts to fill your gardens, plates, and pantry. We’ll have Organically Grown Herb starts, Blooming Annual Flowers, Perennial Flowers, Native Plants, Water-wise plants, Blackberries, Blueberries, Rhubarb, Strawberries, Raspberries, Grapes, Vines, Roses, and Grasses.

Partial Order Information

• If by now, you have not received communication from our team about your partially filled order, it is likely that the item(s) remain out of stock. If you would like to do an equal value exchange at the pop-up this week you may. Please plan to bring a printed copy of your original order with both the missing item and the price circled.
