Ingredients
- 4 beets, peeled and steamed
- ½ cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 Granny Smith apple, frozen
- 1 cup grapes, frozen
- 1 beet, steamed then frozen

Directions
- Blend 4 steamed beets, cashews, and maple syrup in a blender till smooth
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer and set aside
- Using a box grater, grate frozen apple, grapes, and beets into a bowl
- Top with beet sauce and enjoy
