In this course you will learn all you need to know to start canning at home with step-by-step instructions and demonstrations. The class will cover canning at high altitudes, canning and preserving using low-sugar and alternative sweeteners, and being creative with your canned goods. You will learn how to can safely, will watch two cooking demonstration videos, and will receive handouts and recipes.
