Celery and Shaved Broccoli Stem Salad is a refreshing twist on a veggie-forward side dish. Tossed in a savory blend of soy sauce and sesame oil, and finished with a sizzling infusion of garlic and spicy red chili. Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery, cut into sticks
- 2 broccoli stems
- Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 -4 cloves garlic
- 2 – 3 spicy red chilli peppers

Directions
- Boil water and add celery, then cook for 1 minute
- Drain celery, then add to a bowl of ice water for 30 seconds
- Drain celery again
- With a peeler, peel the broccoli stem, making thin, long slices, then combine with the celery
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and add garlic and spicy red chili pepper
- Stir for 30 seconds, then add to the celery and broccoli stems
- Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper
- Drizzle with sesame oil
- Mix thoroughly, then enjoy!
