The application is available for download as a pdf file (82 KB). The application contains three pages: Application Form, Community Service Form, and "Advisement of Risk, Release and Medical Authorization".

Applying for HAWTHORN, HICKORY, FOOTHILLS AND FORTUNE GARDENS:
In 2008 we are registering Hawthorn, Hickory, Foothills and Fortune Community Gardens through the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation.
Renewing Gardeners – Deadline February 15th

- Gardeners can obtain forms at the above location or request to have a form mailed to them if they are unable to complete electronically. Please call Growing Gardens at 303-413-7248 ext 2.
- Once your completed application has been received, Growing Gardens will email you to confirm your plot number(s) and total fee amount to be paid to the City of Boulder. You will be given a barcode and pin number, as well as the link to the city website for the Community Garden Program. This information is essential to be able to register and to pay online, over the phone or in person. You will not be able to register without first completing an application.
- Go to the City of Boulder website and pay for your plot(s) using the City of Boulder eConnect/Online Registration process.
- Gardeners wishing to donate to the Gardenship Fund can do so in person at the Iris Center, 3198 North Broadway.
New Gardeners
